Träningsverk!
Like i wrote yesterday i desided to start train again and live healty even if its wintertime and normally i just wanna take it easy and dont do much but not this year, i want to be as healty as i were in the summer!
And yesterday i trained bodyparts like shoulder and biceps in the gym that i normally dont train because im afrid to get like big guymuscles! But weighttraining combined with ex running and crosstraining is the ulimate och best traning form i think, so i will do gym every secound day and crosstraininer/running every secound day, because im tired of having loose skin and be like a fluffy puppy around stomach and ass ;)
